Account & Data Deletion Request
In compliance with mobile platform standards and data privacy policies, you may request permanent deletion of your off-chain account and associated application records.
Important Notice — What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted:
- Point Balances Wiped: All in-app Black Gold, NFTF coins, and loyalty points are permanently reset to 0.
- Device Pairings Purged: All trusted mobile device pairings, hardware IDs, and session tokens are permanently wiped.
- App Access Blocked: Mobile app logins will be immediately rejected with an account deleted block.
- Polygon On-Chain NFTs: Any NFTs already minted to your self-custody Polygon wallet address remain on the public blockchain and are not affected.
- Reactivation Policy: Once deleted, you can only request reactivation by connecting your wallet via the web portal and submitting an appeal for Super Admin review.
