Device Safety & Zero Hardware Mining Notice
Disclaimer: NFTF does not perform cryptocurrency mining on user device hardware. All points and tokens are reward loyalty points managed off-device on our secure cloud platform. Zero hardware mining: 100% cloud-based simulation & loyalty rewards with zero CPU load and zero battery strain.
All points ("Black Gold") and tokens ("NFTF") are cloud-managed reward loyalty points simulated on our remote cloud backend. Users spend loyalty points exclusively to redeem digital art wallpapers and submit non-custodial NFT mint requests on the Polygon blockchain.
1. Information We Collect
We believe in minimal data collection and Web3 privacy principles. We collect only what is necessary to authenticate your account and sync your loyalty balances:
- Public Blockchain Wallet Address: (e.g., Polygon/MetaMask 0x... address). We never request or store private keys or seed phrases.
- Device UUID & Telemetry: Pseudonymous device identifier generated locally to secure your mobile pairing session and prevent ad-fraud.
- IP Address & Network Timestamp: Used strictly for rate limiting, DDoS prevention, and security logs.
- Optional Contact Email: Provided only if you submit an NFT delivery order, support request, or account deletion appeal.
2. How Your Information Is Used
Your data is strictly utilized for the following legitimate purposes:
- Synchronizing off-device loyalty points and NFTF tokens between the mobile app and Web3 profile portal.
- Delivering requested digital NFT wallpapers to your public Polygon wallet address.
- Operating 10-day sliding inactivity session protections to protect account balances.
- Preventing bot spam, multi-accounting abuse, and rewarded ad manipulation.
3. Third-Party Services & Advertisements
Our mobile app integrates certified third-party SDKs to provide rewarded video advertisements and blockchain network queries:
- Rewarded Video Ads: Serves user-initiated rewarded video ads in compliance with standard mobile developer privacy guidelines and industry policies. Advertising partners may process pseudonymous advertising identifiers in accordance with standard privacy frameworks.
- Polygon Blockchain (RPC Nodes): Queries public ledger balances. Transactions made on the Polygon blockchain are public by nature.
4. Universal Account & Data Deletion Rights
In accordance with mobile platform standards, app store policies, and global privacy regulations (GDPR / CCPA), every user has the absolute right to request permanent deletion of their account and all associated data.
How to Delete Your Account:
You do not need the mobile app installed to request deletion. Simply visit our public Account Deletion Portal and submit your wallet address or email.
Upon processing, all mobile pairing tokens, device telemetry, activity history, and cloud balances are permanently purged.
5. Security & Off-Device Architecture
All communications between the mobile application and backend server utilize TLS 1.3 cryptographic encryption and Sanctum Bearer tokens. We never sell, rent, or monetize personal user data to third-party data brokers.
