Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the NFTF web platform or connected mobile applications.
Cloud Loyalty Architecture & Zero Hardware Mining
Disclaimer: NFTF does not perform cryptocurrency mining on user device hardware. All points and tokens are reward loyalty points managed off-device on our secure cloud platform. Zero hardware mining: 100% cloud-based simulation & loyalty rewards with zero CPU load and zero battery strain.
"Black Gold" points represent simulated time-based loyalty engagement. Points are burned to redeem digital artwork and request NFT wallpapers delivered over the Polygon network. Virtual points carry zero fiat currency value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting your Polygon public wallet address or installing our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use and delete your account.
2. Virtual Points & Non-Monetary Disclaimer
- Simulated Loyalty Points: Black Gold points and NFTF tokens are digital loyalty reward assets internal to our ecosystem.
- No Monetary Value: Points cannot be deposited, withdrawn as fiat currency, or traded on centralized financial exchanges.
- Burn for NFT Art: Points are designed exclusively for burning to claim downloadable wallpapers and digital NFT collectibles.
3. Device Safety & Acceptable Use Policy
NFTF operates with zero device burden. You agree NOT to:
- Use automated clickers, emulators with spoofed telemetry, or script bots to manipulate rewarded video ads.
- Attempt reverse engineering of pairing tokens or bypassing the 10-day sliding session security.
- Deploy multi-account farms to siphon promotional welcome bonuses.
Violations may result in automated device termination and account invalidation.
4. NFT Wallpaper Delivery & Polygon Blockchain
When you spend NFTF tokens to request an NFT mint, the transaction is processed and delivered to your designated Polygon wallet address. Because public blockchain transactions are immutable, delivered NFTs cannot be canceled or refunded once minted.
5. Account Termination & Voluntary Deletion
You may request account deletion at any time without charge via our Account Deletion Form. Once wiped, all points and unclaimed orders are permanently discarded.
6. Limitation of Liability
NFTF provides its services on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for third-party blockchain network congestion, gas fee variations, or RPC node interruptions.
